Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website redevelopment, hosting, and maintenance services. This project involves developing a modern, accessible, secure, and user-focused website that enhances service delivery, engages the public, and supports the organization's long-term needs.
Responsibilities include the design, development, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support for the new website. The backend should be intuitive for staff to manage, fully accessible, secure, and offer users an easy search and navigation experience. Clean, customizable URLs are required to improve both user experience and SEO. The vendor must deliver a Website Style Guide aligned with the agency’s brand and style for consistent visual quality and long-term maintainability.
The chosen CMS platform and its modules/plugins must remain current, following up-to-date release cycles and security patches. The solution should support seamless vendor or hosting provider transitions without requiring redevelopment of core site functionality. The CMS must effectively manage various media types, including images, video, audio, and documents. Additionally, there should be capacity to integrate an AI chatbot in future website iterations.
