DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website redesign services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The project includes developing content creation tools such as image galleries, video embeds, social media feeds, spelling and format tools, heading controls, highlighting options, video controls, button options, and optional HTML editing access. The redesign seeks to achieve a modern, user-centered, accessible, and seamlessly integrated online platform.

The vendor will implement up to twelve event calendars across three websites, featuring subscriber capabilities and an aggregate calendar. The solution must be cloud-based, demonstrating scalability, reliability, and meeting relevant security and privacy standards. Integration with eCommerce and payment systems is required, as well as the development of a fully responsive main website and standalone microsites.

The redesign should deliver an intuitive interface that adapts seamlessly to desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The scope also includes third-party website integration, outlining hosting approaches (cloud, managed, or hybrid), implementing forms and interactive payment tools, and ensuring robust integrations and data connectivity.
