DESCRIPTION

The client seeks a vendor to provide website redesign services utilizing a Content Management System (CMS) and to implement a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tool that supports user feedback collection, session recording, reporting, and success metrics. The UAT tool must integrate with the CMS and third-party analytics platforms, such as Power BI, ensuring that the redesigned website meets business requirements and user expectations prior to launch.

Vendors are expected to research and propose UAT tool environments that allow for experiment setup, URL targeting rules, audience segmentation, tracking parameters, and comprehensive reporting. Functional requirements include full traffic allocation across experiments, tracking and defining success criteria, heatmap recordings, session capture and replay, funnel analysis, export capabilities for raw data, and the deployment of on-page Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys without third-party tools. Vendors must also provide tool evaluation reports and configuration and setup documentation, verifying proper deployment and integration within the CMS environment.

The contract period will be one year. Interested vendors should submit questions by April 24, 2026.
