For FY26, the focus is on maintaining the Tap2Ride microsite on the current CMS platform, troubleshooting registration issues, organizing participant data in Zoho CRM, launching a new "Welcome to Tap2Ride" email campaign, and ensuring seamless data synchronization with Zoho CRM.
For FY27, the focus will be on managing the Tap2Ride microsite on a new CMS as part of the broader Capitol Corridor website redesign scheduled for Fall 2026, maintaining API integrations, ensuring continuous CRM syncing, and providing design updates.

This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive website redesign, hosting, updates, maintenance, and technical support services for a customer-facing microsite and associated digital platforms. The scope includes ongoing website maintenance, technical support, website optimization, analytics management, API integrations, and creative services to ensure the platform remains secure, functional, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized. The vendor will be tasked with aligning the microsite to program updates, such as fare adjustments, calculator tools, payment integrations, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities cover monthly technical maintenance like updating CMS core files and plugins, performing server-level backups, maintaining backup integrity, and monitoring website uptime and performance. The vendor must also provide ongoing graphic design services for website content, digital graphics, visual assets, web banners, icons, and UI/UX enhancements. Integration and maintenance of payment and balance APIs, as well as ensuring functionality, reliability, and security compliance, are also required.
The selected firm should manage domain registration and implement design updates and enhancements upon request, optimizing website performance and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
