The organization seeks a qualified website designer and developer—either an individual or firm—to redesign and rebuild its WordPress website. The project entails delivering an updated, accessible, and user-friendly website that is optimized for SEO and AI search, enhancing digital engagement and advancing the organization's mission.
Key requirements include eliminating significant navigation barriers, ensuring conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards to improve accessibility for users with disabilities, and implementing strong SEO fundamentals. The new site should utilize structured data, provide clear service descriptions, and feature an AI–search–friendly architecture so it can be effectively indexed and surfaced by AI assistants, search tools, and semantic search platforms.
Additionally, the project calls for integrating CRM and email marketing tools to streamline workflows and support data-driven outreach. Services will also encompass branding alignment, preparation of wireframes, the WordPress build, onboarding, UX and accessibility reviews, comprehensive content and technical audits, as well as all necessary integrations and optimizations.
