DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and launch a new destination website utilizing a modern, intuitive, and mobile-first approach. The new website must adhere to accessibility standards, deliver fast performance, be optimized for SEO, and support AI-powered search functionality. The solution should employ an open-source or non-proprietary content management system (CMS).

As part of the engagement, the vendor will conduct visitor research, review audiences and stakeholders, establish key performance indicators, and audit existing content. The project requires a comprehensive content migration plan and analysis of current site analytics and SEO. Design deliverables include wireframing key page types and implementing a responsive, visually appealing mobile-first interface.

Technical requirements include development with an open CMS, performance optimization, implementation of SEO best practices, and a thorough URL redirect strategy to maintain SEO equity. The vendor must integrate the new website with Whereabouts CRM, Google Analytics, Flodesk, social media feeds, and Google Tag Manager. Cross-browser, mobile, and accessibility testing are required, along with performance and SEO validation, go-live support, and a 30-day post-launch punch list.
