DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website redesign, development, hosting, enhancement, and modernization services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The project requires improving user experience through advanced information architecture and delivering a modern visual redesign. Services will include implementation of single sign-on capabilities for administrative access, secure hosting environments, and REST-based integration for seamless system connectivity.

Vendors must enable robust role-based editing controls and a backend workflow, facilitating interdepartmental review, edit, approval, rejection, and tracking of change requests prior to publication. The solution must support efficient content management, structured outage communication, scalable handling of high-demand events, and the execution of an organized go-live plan. Additional requirements include reusable templates for pages, strong scheduling functions for pages and alerts, secure document management, responsive templates, and tools for staff to independently create and manage web forms.

The system should offer article-based content management with tagging, categorization, and related content features, a configurable search solution capable of indexing web content and various document types, and secure form submission handling. Vendors will also be responsible for designing a homepage section dedicated to 'Happening Now' information for urgent alerts and updates. All vendor inquiries must be submitted no later than April 10, 2026.
