DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive website redesign, rebuild, development, hosting, and migration service. The project includes the creative development, user experience, search engine optimization, and programming associated with the overhaul and reorganization of the website, which serves as the primary digital marketing and conversion platform for tourism promotion, visitor planning, and economic growth.

Objectives include increasing overnight visitor conversion, enhancing mobile user experience, balancing tourism with membership representation, and improving SEO architecture and rankings in partnership with the current SEO provider. Additional priorities are developing seasonal campaign landing pages, increasing event and lodging discoverability, integrating robust business directories for member representation, building an owned audience through email capture, and refining analytics and attribution tracking.

The new site must be CMS-based, easily editable by staff, and feature scalable architecture, SEO-optimized structure, page speed improvements, and secure hosting recommendations. Integration with CRM and email systems is also required.
