Website Redesign and Rebuild Service Using CMS

An agency in Alberta, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive redesign and rebuild of its website using a content management system (CMS). The project encompasses a full overhaul of the site, including updates to information architecture, content structure, user experience, visual design, underlying codebase, CMS configuration, hosting strategy, and overall visual content.

The selected vendor will be responsible for modernizing the agency's digital presence to better align with brand standards while significantly improving usability, accessibility, and website performance. The redesigned website must meet leading web design practices, achieve WCAG Level AA accessibility compliance, and feature enhanced functionality, navigation, compatibility, and responsiveness across all major devices and browsers. The scope includes research, strategic planning, information architecture, UX/UI design, development, CMS implementation, rigorous quality assurance testing, as well as training and support.
