The redesign must also provide robust multilingual content support, including English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and additional languages as needed, ensuring both clarity and consistency across translations. The scope of work involves conducting a thorough audit of the current site, discovery and planning sessions with stakeholders, and developing new site architecture, navigation, and wireframes. The project also requires rewriting and optimizing content for plain language and accessibility.
