A large multi-audience website in Alberta, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide website redesign and CMS migration services. The project requires the replacement of the existing content management system (CMS) platform prior to its vendor end-of-life and the implementation of a new CMS, along with the migration of all web content.

The website consists of approximately 1,300 to 1,800 editorial pages, managed by a distributed group of contributors within academic and administrative units. It serves diverse audiences, including prospective and current students, applicants, alumni, and members of the greater community. The website integrates web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, as well as customer relationship management systems for communications and inquiry management, and leverages externally managed systems that provide content or links within the site.

Scope of work includes the full implementation of the new CMS platform, covering its configuration (environments, components, templates), the establishment of workflow and governance structures, and complete content migration, which entails assessment, preparation, migration execution, validation, and remediation.
