DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to modernize and maintain a website utilizing a robust content management system. The new website must prioritize exceptional customer experience, incorporating best practices in information architecture, user experience design, responsive layout, overall navigation, and an intuitive content management dashboard.

Key responsibilities include redesigning and enhancing the website's functionality, content structure, and ecommerce features, as well as managing content migration for existing site information. The redesign should produce a site that is more functional, engaging, and aesthetically appealing, with user-friendly interfaces that increase both the readability and searchability of site content to promote repeat visits. The website will use subdomains for redirection to various web and mobile applications, and should be equipped with thoughtful organizational strategies, an effective search function, and the advanced use of imagery, audio, and video.

The contractor may propose alternatives to the current CMS and CRM modules, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate access controls and authentication for all systems involved in website administration and maintenance. The website must support English content translation via Google Translate and integrate tools for data collection, such as Google Analytics, SEO, customer surveys, and reporting features. The contract period will be three years.
