DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks vendors to provide website, mobile app, and digital design and development services utilizing a content management system (CMS) within a strategic single or multi-supplier framework. Key requirements include user-centric design, with a primary focus on improving usability, accessibility, and the overall enjoyment of interaction between users and websites.
User experience design must be based on personas and scenarios aligned with business objectives. Intelligent, user-friendly search functionality is essential, with existing use of Google Custom Search Engine requiring demonstrable expertise. Website designs should ensure HTML, CSS, and JS compatibility while minimizing duplication of files and libraries. Solutions must accommodate multi-lingual contexts, offering features such as language switching, content attribute assignment for multi-language pages, and dynamic adjustments in menus and titling.
