A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive website migration services utilizing the Drupal Content Management System for an organization based in Alberta, Canada. The migration is required due to Drupal 7 reaching its end of life, with options to transition to Mukurtu 4 or Drupal 11 to enhance performance and long-term sustainability of the website.
The scope of work includes migrating all existing content, media, metadata, cultural protocols, TK Labels, user roles, and workflows. The selected vendor will also be responsible for reconstructing custom features such as website theming, custom map views, and workflow approval processes within the chosen platform. Ensuring service continuity and minimizing disruption throughout the transition are key priorities, along with maintaining data integrity and validating migrated content for completeness and accuracy.
Additionally, the project requires exportation of all content, media, metadata, and protocol settings and thorough interface reconstruction. The contract term is set for one year.
