DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive website management and communication branding services. The scope of work includes the development of a key narrative, ongoing digital and YouTube channel support, and the establishment of a complete branding framework. The contractor will initiate microsite development, oversee website translation, and finalize the overall communications and engagement strategy. Responsibilities extend to launching the microsite, creating initial social media content, and providing event communications support during later project phases.

The vendor will focus on increasing stakeholder engagement and amplifying social media presence through continued event and campaign support, digital content optimization, and ongoing website updates. Deliverables include content development such as social media content calendars and posts, web and digital materials, and pre-, during-, and post-event communications with accompanying promotional and informational materials. Branding deliverables entail the visual identity, brand guidelines, logo usage, and the establishment of a consistent design system. Additional outputs include the design and population of a conference microsite, branded templates for official organizational materials, and adaptable branded visuals for various social media platforms.
