A North Carolina agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website maintenance, social media management, and content creation services. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining and updating the agency's WordPress website, including performing security patches, plugin and theme updates, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Additional tasks include posting new content such as articles, event updates, and business spotlights in coordination with agency staff, as well as maintaining website accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO optimization.
The scope also includes managing the agency's Instagram and Facebook accounts by developing and upkeeping a content calendar, creating and publishing regular posts that promote tourism, local businesses, and community events. Limited photography, videography, and graphic design services will be required as needed. The vendor will produce engaging written and multimedia content tailored to target audiences, utilizing existing agency photos, videos, and graphic assets to ensure consistency and efficiency in branding.
