A Pennsylvania-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website maintenance and support services for its CMS-driven platforms. The scope includes regular core upgrades and patching to maintain system security and stability, as well as ongoing module and extension support—covering compatibility validation, updates, and troubleshooting of both third-party and custom modules.
The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and modernizing site themes to align with branding and enhance user experience, including conducting vulnerability scans. Duties encompass performance optimization techniques such as database tuning, caching, and load-balancing improvements, alongside support for content management and user roles. The contract includes the optimization and maintenance of IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server hosting environments, scheduled backups, disaster recovery planning and testing, and user support services delivered in accordance with defined service level agreements. Furthermore, the vendor must ensure compliance with current accessibility standards, maintain regulatory adherence, and uphold a high-availability, fully redundant environment for maximum uptime.
