DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website hosting, redesign, development, revamp, and ongoing maintenance services for an official WordPress-based website. The scope of work includes updating the core WordPress system, plugins, and themes, as well as developing a robust security management plan. The selected vendor will be responsible for offering technical support, integrating Google CDN and Google Maps, enabling full social logon support, and ensuring seamless hosting and migration of the website—including all archived data—from the current service provider.

Additional requirements include daily website security, regular backups, disaster recovery testing and restoration, document uploads, and round-the-clock log and uptime monitoring. The vendor must conduct regular virus scanning, manage IP and HTTP firewalls, provide monthly website traffic reports, and ensure full integration with social media and government platforms. There will also be a provision for workshops for personnel as required. The contract will cover a three-year maintenance term upon appointment, with full responsibility for transitioning both the website and domain.
