Regular web analytics reports with actionable recommendations and implementation of improvements are required.
Maintenance and support must ensure the continual operation of the chosen content management system and address error corrections, software patches, and updates. The website must remain mobile-friendly and fully functional even with low-speed internet connections, ensuring compatibility with all commonly used browsers and their versions.
