DESCRIPTION
The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website hosting and management services for the Healthy by Default website. In the event the current developer and host are unable to continue services, the selected vendor will be responsible for the initial transfer and seamless transition of hosting services.
The vendor must host the website on a secure, robust platform with at least seven TB of storage, offering 24/7 uptime, failover protection, and the capacity to handle high web traffic, as well as frequent downloads and uploads by the general public. Ongoing responsibilities include providing essential security and software updates, managing all vital website applications and components, and delivering debugging support to ensure optimal performance and presentation.
Additionally, the vendor will maintain and support the administrative content management system dashboard used by the website. The contract for these services will span a two-year period.
