The selected vendor must supply the required quantity of annual Box.com licenses, ensuring rapid account activation within one business day of purchase.
Essential features for the licenses include secure file storage, role-based access control, audit logging, versioning, robust external sharing controls, as well as mobile and web-based access. Integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID is required to enable single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) capabilities or equivalent systems.
The vendor must configure the account to allow administration via a designated dc.gov email address. All setup costs, including any one-time fees, should be included in the pricing for the base period licenses.
