The organization is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing website development support and redesign services for their existing website, which utilizes a Ruby-on-Rails based content management system (CMS). The selected vendor will be responsible for offering comprehensive interactive agency services, including expertise in Ruby-on-Rails, JavaScript, user experience, front-end development, brand strategy, and analytics.
Key responsibilities will involve custom application development and support for the CMS, integrations with Engaging Networks, and front-end development aligned with the organization's brand standards. The vendor will also be expected to maintain the GitHub code repository, offer hosting support using the organization’s current AWS account with regular backups, and ensure synchronization between production and staging websites.
Additionally, the provider should deliver visual and user experience design, as well as formulate a digital strategy guided by business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Vendors must submit any questions by March 20, 2026.
