The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing robust front-end components, templates, and interactive features such as choice points, progress indicators, and media integration. The project scope includes developing the back-end logic and data structures necessary to support a bilingual experience, as well as integrating multimedia assets like 3D models, images, maps, videos, and audio.
