Website Development Hosting Implementation Enhancement and Maintenance Support Services Using Azure CMS

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive website development, hosting, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance support services using an Azure-based content management system. The selected provider will be responsible for basic administration and maintenance of the hosting environment and platform, as well as delivering additional development support within the hosting platform and PowerBI dashboard to improve functionality and the user experience.

Services will include updating and enhancing functionalities within the connected Google Analytics page and ensuring that structural or web development changes in merged datasets are accurately mirrored in Knack to support seamless data synchronization. The vendor will be required to maintain and update the code base—JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS—to remain compatible with ongoing updates in these technologies, and to ensure that applications continue to function properly following Knack API updates or system upgrades.

Key responsibilities also involve troubleshooting errors within PowerBI dashboards that stem from new data uploads or platform changes, as well as refining or creating custom functionalities to improve filter options and data analysis capabilities across various web pages and visualizations. The vendor will be expected to create and update linkages between datasets stored on different pages, update custom features to reflect changes in data fields and tags, and provide technical support regarding Knack’s API and custom code implementations.
