The selected vendor will be responsible for the comprehensive development, hosting, and maintenance of government websites using either Drupal or WordPress content management systems. The contractor must deliver professional, interactive, and secure websites that provide users with easy access to relevant information, adhere to international web standards, support multilingual content, and integrate with social media platforms.
This initiative includes the enhancement and management of multiple websites on dedicated servers configured to the required hardware and software specifications. The scope also extends to ongoing site maintenance, support, and security management over a 36-month period, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of the websites. Vendors must also implement a dedicated server environment, covering operating system installation, web server setup, database integration, and control panel deployment. Additionally, providers will be responsible for detailed contract management, handling change requests, and supplying regular weekly reports on support hours over the three-year contract term.
