DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive website development and maintenance, GIS support, and managed information technology services for a three-year contract period in California.

The selected company will administer and support end-users, including troubleshooting, configuration, escalation management, and resolution for common city software and business applications. Clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are expected for response and resolution times.
