DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive website development and maintenance, GIS support, and managed information technology services for a three-year contract period in California.

The selected company will administer and support end-users, including troubleshooting, configuration, escalation management, and resolution for common city software and business applications. Clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are expected for response and resolution times. GIS-related responsibilities include assisting city departments with statistical and data analysis, administering ArcGIS Online and associated platforms, and supporting existing WebGIS applications for internal and public needs.

Optional website development and maintenance tasks involve ongoing content updates, delivering UX/UI enhancements, ensuring performance optimization, and expanding online capabilities. The RFP also includes requirements for on-site technical support, day-to-day administration of city network infrastructure, cybersecurity program development and maintenance, AV and meeting support, budget assistance, and regular reporting and performance monitoring.
