DESCRIPTION

The client is seeking a vendor to migrate, redesign, and upgrade their website to a modern, secure, and fast-loading platform using WordPress CMS. The selected provider will conduct a comprehensive backend audit of the current site, recommend and implement a highly secure and reliable hosting solution, and ensure the new platform adheres to the latest standards for speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility in 2026.

Key requirements include building a user-friendly storefront for annual t-shirt sales and merchandise, delivering a full visual refresh for a modern and professional look, and streamlining site navigation to facilitate donations, volunteer sign-ups, and event participation. The vendor will partner with the client to perform a content audit, removing unnecessary pages, and carefully migrate major event pages, core information pages, and selected historical blog posts (from 2020 onward).

Ongoing maintenance services will be required to keep the website secure, current, and optimized, supporting engagement and operational needs for the coming years.
