The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website development and maintenance services. The scope includes designing a user-friendly website architecture that supports intuitive navigation and accessibility for all users, including those with visual and auditory impairments. The service requires the creation of comprehensive documentation detailing Content Management System (CMS) configuration, as well as an illustrated training manual for updating content.
Security measures must be implemented, such as SSL certification, data encryption, and full compliance with the Data Protection Act, with the platform’s infrastructure regularly updated with the latest security patches. Ongoing administrative and technical support is expected, including quality control, regular monitoring for broken links, and assurance that the website remains operational. Vendors are required to deliver biweekly reports evaluating website performance, particularly relating to search engine optimization and traffic.
The website should align visually with TNLA branding, be fully responsive across desktops, mobile devices, and tablets, and be hosted on a Windows-based service. Additional features include the integration of interactive tools like forums, feedback forms, and multimedia content, as well as dedicated sections for managing research materials, laws, event reports, photo galleries, video repositories, and recent updates. The vendor will also develop a video player and enable TNLA to upload and stream video content. Furthermore, an event-based data entry and registration system must be built, featuring a secure login interface for registered members.
