The selected vendor will provide integrated website development and advertising services for the Gunfighter Skies Airshow 2026. Core responsibilities include the creation of an official website, deployment of advertising campaigns via television and radio, and ongoing website development and management if determined necessary at the time of award.
The website must be user-friendly, allow visitors to sign up for alert messaging through cell phones and email, and enable government staff to send out such alerts with accompanying training for its use. Website functionality should also include single-directional links to external websites, a third-party ticketing platform, and pertinent social media and sponsor pages.
In addition, the contractor will be tasked with creating TV advertisement content, subject to review and approval by the airshow director.
