The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website design, development, and migration support services utilizing WordPress and Drupal content management systems. The objective is to build a flexible and informative website that is easy to maintain, with a modernized design that reflects the organization's brand and appeals to target audiences.
Key requirements include the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as improvements to user experience through streamlined navigation and enhanced content discoverability. The site must be optimized for mobile devices, deliver fast load times, and incorporate industry best practices for SEO and technical performance. A robust CMS should be integrated to allow non-technical staff to update website content easily, with administrative tools providing role-based content management workflows.
The vendor will be responsible for developing a creative concept and functionality plan, conducting stakeholder interviews and audience analysis, and connecting the site with analytics tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other third-party services. Migration and optimization of existing content, clean formatting, and preservation of SEO integrity are essential.
The contract will be for two years, and all vendors must submit questions by May 15, 2026.
