DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end-to-end website design, redevelopment, migration, and implementation services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The primary objective is to design, develop, and launch a new corporate website that unifies the digital ecosystem, enhances user experience, and increases engagement across the agency’s diverse audiences.

The new platform must consolidate content from the main domain, legacy Regeneration Works website, and archived or inactive microsites, creating a modern, accessible foundation for sustainable long-term growth. The scope of work includes redesigning the site’s information architecture with a user-centered approach, conducting UX research, and developing accessible, mobile-first, bilingual user interfaces. The vendor will perform a content audit, develop a comprehensive content strategy, migrate selected content, and implement robust SEO and redirect strategies to preserve search value.

CMS implementation should provide intuitive editing (without HTML), modular page-building tools, integrated media and form management, SEO optimization, role-based permissions, editorial workflows, and scalable architecture supporting future growth. Integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools are required, along with documentation on API usage, middleware, error handling, and maintenance. The solution must deliver mobile responsiveness, structured metadata, schema, backend SEO tools, Google Analytics 4 configuration, and recommendations for secure, high-availability hosting. Additional requirements include user manuals for all components, support for online membership registration and renewals, and alignment with accessibility and performance best practices.
