DESCRIPTION
The city seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website design, content management, maintenance, operations, and ongoing support services. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the city website remains user-friendly, serving as a central online communication platform for both information dissemination and citizen engagement.
Key requirements include the creation, editing, and deletion of template-based webpages and news updates, maintenance of department-specific landing pages, and the management and posting of agendas, minutes, and other public documents. The website should allow for searchable, live, or archived content and accommodate the integration or linking of interactive systems such as GIS platforms and other city-managed programs like Incode.
