The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing and communications support services, including website design and maintenance, video production, still photography, e-newsletter creation, blog content, social media management and placement, digital signage, and technology grant writing. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust website and managing video and photo content to promote the agency as a travel destination to a wide range of markets.

Key responsibilities include technical website expertise, content production, digital communications management, visual asset development, ongoing technical and content maintenance, and coordination of hosting services. The vendor will also develop and manage a photo and video library using digital asset management (DAM) software, create engaging e-newsletters and support email marketing efforts, verify travel guide requests, and oversee social media content creation and scheduling, aligning all activities with the agency’s marketing strategies and brand standards.
