This Request for Information seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website development, design, maintenance, hosting, and business support services using a Content Management System (CMS). The selected company will support both the public-facing website and the internal CMS, both of which are currently operational and were initially developed as Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Key responsibilities include ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the platforms to ensure operational efficiency, accessibility, and modernization. Services will involve user experience (UX) sustainment, data analytics, and routine technical support to guarantee uninterrupted operations and data integrity. The vendor will be expected to address application failures, resolve bugs, perform system administration, administer security patches, and oversee integrated systems.
Additional requirements include developing AI-driven enhancements such as a customer chatbot, implementing a secure reseller portal, developing a cross-platform mobile application, maturing the website and CMS with usability improvements, and deploying new interactive tools and training materials. Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for user trend visualization, an AI/ML-driven knowledge base, and a database/interface to track software license transfers are also part of the scope. The contract will be for a period of one year.
