DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, implementation, migration, maintenance, and support services utilizing WordPress and Drupal content management systems. The new website should feature a modern design that effectively communicates the organization's mission, vision, and goals related to affordable housing and community development. Key requirements include scalable features for future growth, mobile and tablet compatibility, and a thoughtful layout of all editorial content across homepage and multiple site levels, with content and photos provided electronically.
The vendor will be responsible for CMS setup (WordPress, Drupal, or custom), integration of third-party tools such as social media feeds, CRM, email marketing, and payment gateways, as well as providing downloadable and possibly fillable forms.
