This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, migration, and maintenance services utilizing a content management system. The scope includes delivering a full range of digital services for the organization's websites, covering design, implementation, ongoing support, and the strategy and development of social media platforms. The digital platform will encompass all external-facing websites and must prioritize user experience, reliability, and accessibility across devices—including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Vendors will be responsible for redesigning and redeveloping the organization's websites, ensuring that the new versions continue to attract both new and existing users to its products and services. The solution must allow for integration with third-party technology systems and be adaptable to support future gaming products. The project scope encompasses migration of existing websites, databases, and domains to a new hosting environment, bringing all assets under unified control.

The redesigned website must facilitate uploading and downloading of various content formats (text, graphics, images, video) by authorized users at any time. Additional requirements include instant geolocation functions, support for online e-commerce operations, as well as content management capabilities for administrators such as adding, editing, and removing press releases and brand assets. Deep integration with multiple social media platforms via their APIs is also essential, ensuring marketing content can be efficiently shared and tracked using standardized approval processes.
