DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to perform website design, development, hosting, migration, testing, and launch services using the Drupal content management system. The objective is to establish a more robust and scalable website that will act as the organization’s primary public platform, with a structured information architecture and an interactive map as a central feature.

Key requirements include building a responsive, cohesive visual system aligned with current brand guidance, creating reusable design templates within the CMS, and configuring a CMS-managed country data structure integrated with the interactive map. The website will provide public event listings for online, hybrid, and in-person events with detail pages and the ability to embed or link third-party registration forms. The system should support unlisted/private events, allowing optional passcode-protected access.

Vendors are expected to recommend scalable technical solutions for the interactive map, propose and configure a CMS suitable to the infrastructure and technical needs, and implement analytics and cookie consent via Google Tag Manager. Additionally, standard SEO controls including editable meta data, Open Graph tags, XML sitemap generation, and customizable URLs must be configured within the CMS.
