Accessibility is a critical component, with strict adherence to Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA, and all relevant compliance standards mandated. Search engine optimization best practices should be incorporated, including effective use of metadata, structured URLs, and content tagging. The scope also involves coordinating hosting setup or migration, ensuring server performance, conducting regular backups, and integrating robust form management solutions to capture submissions such as surveys and internal requests.
