DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide website design, development, hosting, implementation, and migration services utilizing a robust Content Management System (CMS). The project aims to create a modern, mission-driven, and user-centered website reflecting the organization's evolving role in housing, community development, and economic stability.

Scope of work includes comprehensive website strategy, visual and technical design, stakeholder engagement, front-end and back-end development, and the integration of essential functional components such as forms, procurement postings, portals, and payment systems as needed. The vendor must ensure ADA compliance, implement accessibility best practices, and deliver a secure hosting architecture.

Key deliverables include information architecture and sitemap, custom visual design aligned with updated brand standards, mobile-first responsive layout, and clear navigation. The vendor will support the migration and restructuring of essential content, refine copy, organize content, provide CMS training for staff, and deliver post-launch technical support for 60–90 days, with optional ongoing maintenance. Final deliverables encompass a finalized sitemap, homepage mockups, a complete site design system, a development staging site, and the public launch of the new website.
