Website Design, Development, Hosting, Implement and Migration Services Using WordPress and Drupal CMS

A New Jersey entity is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website services utilizing WordPress and Drupal content management systems. The scope of this engagement includes website design, development, hosting, implementation, and migration services, leveraging both traditional and headless CMS architectures.

Vendors will be responsible for full-cycle web development, including UI/UX design, back-end and API development, integration of artificial intelligence for accessibility and content automation, as well as ongoing maintenance and support. Custom website and web application designs must be created in alignment with existing branding and communication guidelines, ensuring responsive, mobile-friendly layouts suitable for diverse users and devices. The selected provider will assist with accessibility strategies, integrate third-party and internal systems, and implement secure data workflows to optimize operational efficiency.

Additional requirements include the development of RESTful or GraphQL APIs, optimization of relational databases, customization or migration of CMS platforms, integration with authentication and analytics tools, and the design of portals for students, parents, or staff. AI technologies, caching, CDN integration, software firewalls, and monitoring tools should be employed to improve both user engagement and system reliability. The vendor must also design and maintain secure, scalable hosting environments, potentially utilizing major cloud platforms.
