Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The project seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, migration, and launch services utilizing WordPress and Drupal content management systems. Required services include ongoing website hosting with active monitoring, security, maintenance, design, and support. The vendor must offer managed hosting solutions with uptime guarantees, compliant data centers, automated backups, and robust disaster recovery plans.
Key deliverables include evaluation and redesign of search capabilities, reindexing of HTML and PDF documents (with embedded text extraction and OCR if needed), and enhancement or rebuild of online handbooks for improved information architecture, navigation, presentation, and searchability. Print and download functionality for all website pages should deliver clean, branded, high-quality, and timestamped outputs. The hosting environment must be suitable for Drupal 10, and the vendor should provide support for CMS upgrades, distributions, and optional single sign-on integration.
Additional requirements include support for metadata and faceted filtering, relevance tuning, and a clear plan for ongoing indexing and handling of large files. Vendors must ensure active monitoring of site performance, security events, and Drupal patches and updates.
