Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A contract is sought for comprehensive website services, including discovery and planning, design and development, content migration, accessibility compliance, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. The project requires integration of secure links to an external portal for licensure applications and license verification, with reliable access and compliance with security and privacy standards. Content from the existing website must be migrated and validated, with a strong focus on accessibility, supporting full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, proper color contrast, and accessible forms and error messaging.
All licensure-related workflows—such as applications, renewals, disciplinary information, and public license verification—must be fully accessible. The website must feature a centralized, searchable document repository organized by document type, topic, date, and intended audience, covering Board rules, statutes, policies, meeting materials, disciplinary actions, and guidance documents.
Vendors must provide robust hosting infrastructure with proper power and cooling, including redundancy, to safeguard hardware, software, and state-owned data. 24x7x365 technical support is required, as well as secure network architecture with redundant firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption for all external file transfers. Adequate bandwidth and redundancy must be ensured for uninterrupted access to the solution’s functionality. The contract period will be for one year. Questions must be submitted by April 29, 2026.
