The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete design, development, hosting, and maintenance of a modern, user-friendly website utilizing a content management system (CMS). The website must be equipped with a robust CMS that enables non-technical agency staff to easily manage and update content. The project requires compatibility with all major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, as well as a fully responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The scope includes an initial assessment of current website analytics to inform the new website's mapping and design strategy. The vendor will also be responsible for the setup and ongoing maintenance of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. Brand consistency must be maintained in line with supplied branding documents, and the website should feature multilingual capabilities and seamless API integrations with social media, registration software, Google Maps, virtual tours, and email marketing platforms.
A key focus is on user-centered design to provide a visually appealing, accessible, and intuitive experience that aligns with center branding and prioritizes UX. Comprehensive testing must be conducted for accessibility, site speed, load management, broken links, and consistent functionality across all devices and browsers.
