This RFI seeks vendors to provide comprehensive website design, development, and maintenance support services for a government-owned, contractor-operated website and its digital products. The selected vendor will assist in maintaining, enhancing, and expanding the digital presence to improve public engagement, accessibility, and programmatic reach.
Responsibilities include ongoing website operations and maintenance such as CMS support, code maintenance, performance monitoring, security compliance coordination, and governance support. Additional scope covers human-centered UX and UI design, UX/UI research and testing, and ensuring Section 508 accessibility compliance.
