Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, migration, testing, and launch services utilizing the Drupal content management system. The new website will serve as the agency's primary public-facing platform, delivering a robust and scalable solution. A key feature of the new website will be a structured informational architecture that incorporates an interactive map as its central component.
Additional requirements include public event listings for online, hybrid, and in-person events, detailed event pages, the ability to embed or link to third-party event registration forms, and options to create private, unlisted events within the CMS protected by customizable access controls. The selected vendor should propose and implement a scalable technical approach for the map, configure a CMS aligned with existing hosting infrastructure, and design a cohesive, responsive visual system guided by the organization's brand standards.
Reusable design templates, a CMS-managed country data structure integrated with the interactive map, and the implementation and configuration of Google Tag Manager (including analytics and cookie consent tools) are also required. Standard SEO controls must be included, such as editable meta titles and descriptions, Open Graph tags, XML sitemap generation, and customizable URL management. The platform should also provide native support for configuring unlisted and private events.
