DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to design, develop, and launch a new website using WordPress, Joomla, or another cost-effective, user-friendly content management system. The scope includes migrating existing content—including blogs, directories, resources, member logins and accounts, business listings, and online shop—from the current proprietary platform to the new website. The backend functions related to member data, events, and directory administration must also be replicated or improved as needed.

The chosen vendor will be responsible for website CMS implementation and configuration, technical development, SEO optimization and audit, custom forms, search functionality, social media and newsletter integration, an events calendar, and the creation of landing pages. Content migration services encompass pre-migration planning, automated and manual content transfer, and post-migration activities, particularly for complex components tied to directories and listing systems. The website must support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge and be optimized for both iOS and Android mobile browsers.

All questions related to the RFP must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026.
