A local government in British Columbia, Canada seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, implementation, and migration services utilizing the Drupal CMS platform. The new website must reflect the local government's brand guidelines and demonstrate a modern, inclusive, and responsive visual style. It should also ensure accessibility across standard devices and browsers, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA compliance standards.

The scope includes migrating all existing website functionality and content to the new Drupal site, as well as ongoing maintenance such as accelerated updates to the operating system, Drupal core, and related modules or plugins.
