Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
An agency in New York is seeking a vendor to provide website design and implementation services using a content management system (CMS). The primary objective is to update the agency's website to improve user experience, simplify content management, and provide better information and customer service for residents and businesses. The project requires high standards for design quality and visual appeal, with several graphic design options proposed for standard site and sub-page templates.
The selected vendor will develop updating procedures and standards suitable for the agency, provide training and mentoring for IT technical staff on the CMS, and create a migration or upgrade plan with specific objectives and timelines for moving current website content to the new platform. The vendor must define the necessary hardware and software licensing requirements, ensure industry-standard support for mobile devices and internet access, and deliver telephone support and informal phone mentoring throughout the contract. Additional requirements include implementing user-based security at the web-page level, ensuring ADA compliance for the user interface, offering hosting solutions, and performing a content management functional analysis.
The contract period will be for three years, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 12, 2026.
