The Office is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website design and development services. The goal is to develop websites that are intuitive, visually appealing, and tailored to the Office’s specific needs and preferences. All websites must use modern responsive design techniques to ensure that visitors can easily navigate and access information on any device, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Key deliverables include a design approval phase, where vendors will present graphical design concepts and style mockups for pages such as the homepage, content pages, forms, and other uniquely formatted layouts. Vendors should provide clickable HTML mockups aligned with the approved project plan.
The selected vendor will also be responsible for implementing search, link, and service testing, creating themes/templates from the approved designs, and ensuring all correspondence form data is securely transmitted either directly to designated Office recipients or into the Office’s constituent service system. Website analytics must exclusively utilize Adobe Analytics for tracking, and all websites are required to integrate with major social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Scribd, X, and Eventbrite.
