Website Consolidation, Upgrade, Design and Development Service

The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website consolidation, upgrade, design, and development services. The project aims to merge existing website functions and resources into a unified digital platform, resulting in improved user navigation and an enhanced customer experience. The redesigned website will incorporate features such as real-time scheduling information, integration with various back-end software systems, and dedicated sections for regional partners, stakeholder initiatives, public engagement, e-commerce, and corporate information.

The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a responsive website that performs seamlessly across smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Key deliverables include the creation of design compositions that accurately reflect both the site's visual identity and user experience, as well as the development of sitemaps and wireframes to guide the website’s structure, including its mobile version. Additional requirements cover consolidating service planning features, integrating data into a single system, comprehensive testing, and optimization to ensure reliable site performance.
